Holiday Club Sessions
Our holiday club is open to 4 -11 year olds. It operates from East Winds Activity Centre, Brislington, BS4 4DY.
The holiday club dates for the new school year are as follows:
October half term - Monday 28th to Thursday 31st October
February half term - Monday 17th to Thursday 20th February
Easter (1 week) - Monday 6th April to Thursday 9th April
May Spring Break - Tuesday 26th to Friday 29th May
Summer (3 weeks) - Monday 20th July - Thursday 6th August.
Each holiday club is unique and depends on the season and any corresponding festivals or celebrations. Our child led approach allows chidlren the freedom to choose whether they participate in adult led activities. TIMES AND Prices
We are open from 08:00 to 18:00. The price includes a healthy morning and afternoon snack depending on the session booked.
FULL DAY 08:00 - 18:00 £31.50
SCHOOL DAY 09:00 - 15.30 £25.00
HOW TO BOOK
We no longer use Libacura to take holiday bookings. Instead we require you to (re) register with FAMLY (our new booking system). We apologise for the inconvenience of having to do this but we promise it won’t take too long. All you need to do is send us an email to let us know you’d like to book on to a specific holiday and we’ll send you a FAMLY invite (with instructions) to get the ball rolling.
Bookings should be made as soon as possible as places are limited.
Payment must be made in advance and in accordance with our cancellation policy. You will receive an invoice for sessions booked and payment can be made directly through the FAMLY app. When making payment this way it automatically clear the balance from your account.
Alternatively you can pay by vouchers or tax free childcare credits.
We accept a variety of childcare vouchers. If paying by childcare vouchers, please let us know. We are registered with the following providers.

Cancellations and Refunds
We do not usually issue cash refunds if bookings are cancelled by you, though we will take in to consideration exceptional circumstances. However, if you do cancel a booking in advance (see policy below), we can offer a credit note which can be used to pay for alternative days. This can be used for up to 6 months at the holiday club.
10 working days notice – 100% credit note will be issued.
5 working days – 50 % credit note
Less than 5 working days – 0% credit note
