Out There Kindergarten's Parent and Child Mornings

Our Thursday morning parent and child sessions are a great opportunity to get a feel for Out There Kindergarten (preschool) and nature based play, whether you are thinking of booking a place at the preschool in the future or whether you just want to come and hang out in the woods with us.

They take place in Nightingale Valley Woods, Brislington at the forest school site near the little stone bridge. Access is from Wick Road or St Anne's Terrace. For directions, please email eyfs@outtherebristol.co.uk

Our sessions start at 10am and end at 11.30, after a story around the campfire. They'll be access to our Forest School resources as well as an art and craft activity. You'll also have the opportunity to join in one of our woodland workshops. The workshops have a different focus each week.  The dates and sessions are as follows:

2nd November - Introduction to Forest School
9th November - Helicopter Stories
16th November - Fire lighting with Steels
23th November - Basic Woodwork
30th November - Drumming
7th December - Story telling and Imaginative Play
14th December - Christmassy Campfire Cooking

Sessions cost £5.00 per parent and child plus £1.00 for siblings. Refreshments are included.
